Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment:

• Reservations are confirmed only after full or partial payment.
• Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other authorized payment gateways.
• Any outstanding balance must be settled at check-in.

2. Check-in & Check-out:

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Guest Responsibilities:

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property and will be charged accordingly.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms; designated smoking areas are provided.
• The resort reserves the right to refuse service to any guest engaging in unlawful activities or disruptive behavior.

4. Liability & Safety:

• The resort is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use in-room safes.
• In case of an emergency, guests must follow the resort’s safety procedures and instructions.

5. Force Majeure:

• The resort will not be liable for cancellations or service disruptions due to natural disasters, political events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
